Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after they are placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

During new product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the shipping method selected.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

UNYX is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. UNYX is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and the damaged item so we can assist you.
