At UNYX, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
- Please contact us within 7 days if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.
- Be returned in their original packaging when possible.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items marked as non-returnable
Exchanges
If you need a different size, we’re happy to exchange your item, subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping exchanged items unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and should use a trackable shipping method. If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, UNYX will cover the return shipping cost.
How to Start a Return
Before mailing anything back, contact us through the Contact page at unyxfashion.com. We will provide approval, return instructions, and the return address. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
This policy applies only to purchases made through unyxfashion.com. Purchases made through eBay, Whatnot, or another marketplace follow that marketplace’s return policy.
